MedsCheck Medication Reviews in Hamilton

A MedsCheck is a one-on-one appointment with a pharmacist to review all your medications: prescriptions, over-the-counter products and supplements. Together you'll build an up-to-date medication list and go over how and when to take each one. Ontario funds MedsCheck reviews for eligible residents, including people taking several medications for chronic conditions. For eligible patients who can't easily get to the pharmacy, home visits are available through MedsCheck at Home. Contact us to find out whether you're eligible.
