Each nighttime tablet contains 500mg of Acetaminophen to help relieve pain and fever, 10mg of dextromethorphan Hydrobromide to suppress coughs, 5mg of phenylephrine Hydrochloride for nasal decongestion and 2mg of Chlorpheniramine Maleate an antihistamine to help with runny noses and sneezing.
