Medicinal Ingredients: Arnica Montana Extract 25% (Arnica montana flower). Directions

Adults and Children over 2 years: Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Massage into skin until the preparation disappears. For children (2 to 12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult. Results are better when administered early.
