Directions

Adults and childdren 12 years and older: take 1 or 2 capsules daily •do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours •Children 6 to 11 years: take 1 capsule daily •do not take more than 1 capsule in 24 hours •drink lots of fluids (1 full glass or more).
