These ear plugs will reduce external sound and help protect your ears from damage due to loud noises.
1. Shape silicone into cone or roll into ball between palms of hands. DO NOT CUT OR ELONGATE PLUG. 2. Place in clean and dry ear. Flatten firmly with thumb or index finger to seal ear opening. 3. For best results reach behind head and pull top of ear. Flatten until plug feels secure, yet comfortable. 4. To remove, press up behind ear. DO NOT FORCE THE PLUG INTO YOUR EAR. Keep out of reach of children.
