Buckley's Congestion & Cough

Buckley's Congestion and Cough Syrup temporarily alleviates coughs and congestion due to colds, minor bronchial irritations, laryngitis, hoarseness, croupy cough, and minor irritations due to smoking, dust or air pollution. Buckley's liquids contain unique herbal ingredients, including Camphor, a mild expectorant that helps relieve chest congestion associated with colds and flu; Menthol, which decreases nasal congestion and relieves coughs when inhaled; and Canada Balsam, an oleoresin with expectorant properties found in plants from Canada and the Northern U.S.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Each Teaspoonful (5 Ml) Contains: 153 Mg Ammonium Carbonate, 267 Mg Potassium Bicarbonate, 22 Mg Menthol, And 2.2 Mg Camphor.Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Canada Balsam, Carrageenan, Glycerin, Pine Needle Oil, Sodium Butylparaben, Sodium Cyclamate, Sodium Propylparaben, Tincture Of Capsicum And Water.

Directions

Shake well before use. Adults: take 1 to 2 teaspoons. Take every 2-3 hours as required. Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours. If preferred, take with equal parts honey. Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not take this product for persistent or chronic cough, if cough is accompanied by excessive secretions, or if you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, unless directed by a physician. Consult a physician if cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by high fever, rash or persistent headaches. Individuals with lung diseases including asthma, liver, kidney or heart disease, the elderly, pregnant women or nursing mothers or persons on other medication should consult a physician before using this product.
