Directions

Take as recommended by your health care professional. To help reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea and Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea: Adults, take 1-2 capsules once daily for the duration of the antibiotic therapy and the following 5 days. Take Bio-K+ at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics. To preserve the enteric coating properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.
